Cat Care Society (CCS) was founded in 1981 by Linda East, DVM and Lynn Rowe. We are a nonprofit organization that was established in order to improve the quality of life for homeless, injured, and abused cats in the Denver metropolitan area. The Society’s goals are:
The shelter provides a temporary refuge for more than 75 cats until an appropriate and permanent home can be found for each. Veterinary care, premium diet, and human interaction are lovingly provided by dedicated staff and volunteers.
Cat Care Society is a limited admission shelter. Meaning, we can only accept new cats as quickly as our current cats find their forever homes.
Welcome to Huron Animal Hospital, where “we treat your pet as if it were our own.” I’m Dr. Rick Heller and I invite you to visit and tour our new hospital. Meet our friendly staff and see for yourself how dedicated we are to your pet and its care.We have been serving the North Metro area since 1972, offering BOTH “walk-ins” and appointments to accommodate your busy schedule. Making walk-in exams available is one area that makes Huron Animal Hospital unique and popular with our clients.
Dr. Lisa McCarthy is excited to bring a new animal hospital to the Ft. Collins, CO area. Over her years as a veterinarian in our community, Dr. McCarthy has gained much experience as well as a special interest in pet dentistry and pet surgery. We are excited to offer a full range of veterinary services out of our facility.
At Parkside Animal Health Center, we want to get your pet feeling better and keep them feeling their best for as long as possible. We treat your pets like members of the family- because they are! But it’s more than that - our animal hospital sticks to a set of well-established core values in order to provide the best care for every pet and person we see. Parkside Animal Health Center has made a commitment to not only our patients with families but also the homeless pets in our community. We work closely with several rescue groups to get their foster dogs ready for their new homes, which sometimes includes extensive care from our animal hospital. We believe our responsibility to animal health extends beyond our hospital, and strive to carry this out in meaningful actions.
